Who we are?
The “Program for Comprehensive Care for people with advanced disease and their families,” developed and funded by the Social “la Caixa” Foundation , currently has 29 multidisciplinary teams, spread throughout Spain, which assist in improving the welfare emotional patients, families and professionals involved in the process end of life.
Our team, Team DomusVi Psychosocial Care Foundation (EAPS Fundación DomusVi), formed by five psychologists specializing in comprehensive care for patients with advanced disease, focuses on the territory of Lleida.
Over the past five years, we have treated more than 4,500 people and have conducted more than 50 training and awareness actions..
EAPS Fundación DomusVi What We Do?
We complement health care professionals currently developing the palliative care teams, offering the patient social, spiritual and emotional support, and support to families and professionals involved in the process of advanced disease, end of life and bereavement.
Our goal is to provide comprehensive care and increase the welfare of patients, families and professionals.
